Ok. I got mkelfImage and have set it all up for a test, and I've also been
digging around in Etherboot a bit. I found that it too requires BIOS
services. int 12, int 15/ax=e801 and int15/ah=88, it seems. And no defines
to skip them either, or am I wrong? In any case I'm going to try adding
these services and see what happens.
Ideas?
(I haven't sent any mails to National yet, but will this week.)
