For reference it broke about the time I added the LinuxBIOS table. 

At this point I think the point to concentrate on is to see what evolves 
of generalizing the pci layer.  

After that I suspect it is time to relook at ports again, as the code
should be in a much cleaner potential state.

When we get there of course.  Though I think I'd really appreciate
a ppc port or a port to some other big endian machine just to keep us
honest.
