I've done nothing different than with any other build, except change the symlinks in /usr/bin to point to gcc-3.3, etc (ubuntu doesn't have any gcc-config style setup for easy changing of gcc versions). It could be I just missed something, but I didn't pass any extra options to make. -Corey P.S.
