What is the point in making reservation of a ROM which does not
exist at all at its legacy physical location? It is disinformation.
I would not reserve any ROM (system, video, etc.) when there is no
ROM. The c0000-f0000 range is also wrongly converted from RAM to
ROM by the kernel.
