it is enabled by default. for using xen with LinuxBIOS in Rev F and later: You need to use LinuxBIOS + Kernel + kexec + to load xen. there is amd64 buildrom that you can used, and put compiled kexec with static on /boot. It seems i sent the kexec shell scripts some time ago. you could dig it out. otherwise I could resent it tonight.
