Err, sorry -- I have a network-based power switch, an APC SmartUPS
with network management.  I assume the scripts should be trivial to
adapt.

The only obstacles remaining are a) logistics and b) getting ahold of
some IOControllers, either locally manufactured or from the list.
I'll re-post once I have both boards operational under LinuxBIOS.
