Which DOC for Matsonic 7308E ?

Hello everybody and hapy new year !

I'm about to buy a DOC for use as root filesystem on a MS7208E motherboard.
Which is exactly the good one to get :
- disc on chip millennium 8 MB, 3.3 V
- disc on chip milleniuù 8MB , 5V

Also, I m looking for an IDE flash disk with a 16 MB capacity : do you think MSystems 
IDE 2000 Flash Disk 2.5" is ok for use wiht a standard PC motherboard as the root 
filesystem under linux (with a traditional bios for this one) ?
