historical. Not all have been converted yet. They will go away soon. 

There is also an additional nit. Basically, the config tool doesn't have a
handy way to add big sequences, such as the intel phlash file commands. I
think this should just be a handy shell script, so you can add a command
to the makefile to call it. Comments?
