SiS 900 ethernet driver problems and LinuxBIOS

I just solved the Ethernet driver problems with the SiS 900 (i.e. winfast)
and LinuxBIOS.

I took sis900.c and sis900.h from 2.4.0-test12 drivers/net, plugged it in
to my 2.4.0 release tree, and rebuilt the kernel. The ethernet is now
fine.

So I think there is a problem with sis900 and 2.4.0 release. I have done
a c-diff of the two but am not sure where the problem is.

I will be redoing the 2.4.0-release patch with the ethernet changes and
Adam's changes as soon as I can.
