Levi:

Ollie will give you the SiS630 data sheet.
You can reference the ACPI register offset 02~03 bit 8 to
enable power button SCI. Of course you need to turn on
SCI in offset  04~05 bit 0 first.

Then when you push the power button the SCI will be generated.
SCI map to a IRQ number which defined in south bridge register
6Ah.
