linuxBIOS on ds10 (palcode sucks!)

O.k. There is one moderatly big bug in this code.
I'm not initializing the areas of ram that the palcode uses for
scratch data, and skimming the pal source doesn't make it obvious
what araes it is using or how it is using them.

So to make the code solid I'm going to have to do a full audit
on the dp264 palcode :(

So while I'm at it I'll probably rewrite the stuff in gas assembly.
And make it GPL'd code instead of under some weird DEC license.
