Do any of you people that were smacking the Intel Ref design know/remember any
problems with
the power supply(s) to to the cpu. Or perhaps not enough de-coupleing somewhere?
We are experiencing memory corruption and board resets that appear to be related to
when the
addresses on the host bus changes from several 0xff's to zeros.. fex. from 0x4fff to
0x5000.
I now understand all this jabber about SDRAM being a bitch. Quite difficult to deal
with when
you don't have a stack.
If anyone has a url to a good tutorial on hooking up SDRAM at the hardware level we
would like
to see it to help double check our design.
