I have serial output on the dual Athlon board, now I can sleep! Well I'm getting L440GX flashes the AMD760 chipset is so complex. But so far I'm doing better. I have my own bios flasher, and I have finally found and disabled the initial watchdog timer in software! Major lesson. And I'm always forgetting it. If you reboot or reset at a bad moment, it can wipe out data you thought was safe out the serial port. So until I disabled the watchdog timer I couldn't tell I had the serial port properly setup. A 2.4 second watchdog timer is fun. Later I'll have to see if I can get through linuxBIOS before disabling it :) Eric
