Aries makes them, they can be ordered from Digi-key.
A449-ND, $73.81 in quantity one. 3M also has them in their
Textool line, e.g. part number 232-6917-51-1102 (not sure
of a distributer).  However, these sockets will generally
just have solder tail contacts underneath, you need to have
some sort of interposer PCB and a PLCC plug to use them
in this application; finished units with this work already
done can likely be purchased from companies like Emulation
Tech, Ironwood and Logical Systems.
