L2 of the Athlon

Dear all,

What is the status of the L2 of Athlon? 

If it doesn't work, isn't there the following option.

1) Reverse engineering, with the original flashbios of the the pc chips
mainboard?

2) To sent a petition (Email addresses + names) to AMD?

I'm very much interested in using the PC chips mainboard.
