Note what a good thing this is. The most useful fallback (at least to my
way of thinking) is a netboot. You can resolved that from a management
node, you don't have to go find the machine. You don't have to worry about
what the root file system disk is, what partition, and what fs type.
Netboot is just about the best thing to do when everything is broken.
