O.k. I have committed all of my new files and the cleanup of
the build process to remove mkrom.  And various other little
tweaks to NLBConfig.py

I removed some of the hardcodes from crt0.base, and the special
casing of the superio directive to define which serial port to setup.

I have updated all of the mainboard/Config files in the linuxBIOS
tree to reflect this but please keep an eye out.

And now to start committing code changes...
