I'm so sorry to bother everybody due to a stupid mistake, it works. Just 
booted ECS k7sem. As Ollie sayd, there is a jumpers on the motherboard that 
was protecting the BIOS from writing to it, so the DoC couldn't write to 
itself and couldn't boot. 

But....... that's not a full success yet.... I am dying in kernel now.... I 
don't know where, will keep trying and report status later.
