L440GX: registered SDRAM success!

It seems you really have to lie about the row page size for registered
SDRAM to work on the L440GX. So you take the reported size (2 banks with
4K RPS) and set it to one bank with 8K. I.e. RPS changes from 0x55 to 0x2.

yikes.

memtest is running fine. Now to fix it for four full banks ...
