Dig through the linux kernel mailing list archives.  It sort of
is an NDA issue but that code has been reverse engineered.  I don't know
if it has made it to the kernel yet.  But the patch has been posted.

I implore anyone who is working on with Athlon to take what Ron has for
the MTRRs.  And do some reasoning and some smart guessing and see if you
can reduce it to just what needs to be set.  Ron's technique is sound
but it isn't a general solution.
