DFORMAT--HOWTO

Hello,
    Can anybody tell me ,how do i dformat doc-millennium-plus in DOS
environment.
I can dformat doc-2000 by given a cammand..... dformat /win:c800
/S:doc50.exb........but the command  is not working for doc-millennium
-plus.
