I have an m810lmr on which I'm trying to put Linuxbios on a DoC. I had it working on 2.4.0 kernel (after I fixed the ..video/sis/Makefile to use sisfb!)
Now I have the 2.4.12 kernel source and have applied the sisfb patch. I'm using the same .config (more or less) It jumps into the kernel but then nothing. I know it sets up the Sisfb. The keyboard numlock still works. (Unfortunately I broke a leg on the original bios chip so I can't see if the kernel would work this motherboard:) Has this anything to do with IDE init? Any ideas? D.
