Hi, I'm trying to get the kexec kernel patch working on a normal i386 pc. I have downloaded the linux-2.4.2 kernel amd the kernel patches for this version. The kernel starts up correctly but when I call the kexec program with a modified kernel (via mkelfImage-1.12) the pc is rebooting, not with the specified kernel, but again in the bios.
Is there anybody who had the same problem or maybe a solution? thanks. PS. Is there already linuxBios support for the GEODE SC3200 pentium processor available? -- Simon Pelckmans
