ah. interesting question. totally motherboard dependent. Some motherboards
only address a0..a17. A18 is either tied to GND, VCC, or left hanging in
air (YUCK).

What I do now. create a 512k file that is the 256Kb bios by:
cat 256kb 256kb > 512kb

then program that.
