Building the treemenu is time consuming (a few seconds on a fast machine).
For this reason, linuxconf builds it and store the result in
/var/run/treemenu.cache. You can remove this file when you update your
messages. I understand that this strategy is causing some griefs to
translators. I will think about it further. A possible solution would be
to erase it as part of the message install procedure...
