the justification is the fact.
send to both ME and me, me get the e-mails.

"i" don't want to have separate email users ME and me, i
just saw this "feature" and wanted to report it.

i still think  the best is to limit the admin to create just
one user with the same caracters (case insensitive).
i think it's not that bad and may save him to any other case
problem he can find...
