He may be reffering the the "Special Entries to Linuxconf" section in the
html interface. You can add a non-root users and give them access to
Linuxconf and POP manager for a virtual domain, but the screen does not give
the option to maintain "virtual domain user aliases" which would allow you
to redirect a user's email  to another email account or a list of addresses.
