No, not as far as I know. I am currently working on a new module called
mailsql which will handle virtual email domain by storing the messages in
an SQL database. For this project, I intend to write an Imap server. One
flaw with Imap is that it is using a huge amount of ram per user,
especially because it parses the IMBOX file in memory and kept everything
there. i guess that an IMAP server running out of an SQL database would
fly though.
