I have had many harsh things to say about RedHat in the last few weeks.
Today I changed my mind on many items. I spoke with the new President of
RedHat, Mr Matthew Szulik who reported that he has been brought in to fix
somethings that had not been attended to before. He was really a nice young
fellow who seemed to care about the users. He ask me many things about what
was right and what was wrong. I told him as best I could as I am so new to
Linux.
I am writting him a letter per his request. Please if you want to say
anything in this letter get it to me before noon next Monday as I will be
going to Research Triangle that night. I understand and admit that a new
user who is blind may not be your first choice to deliver the letter, but I
am honest and will tell Mr. Szulik what you want him to understand.
I will not change anything you say in your letter. Only include your e-mail
address where he or his hit-man may contact you.8^)
