I think questions about Bind are within the scope of this list. Linuxconf is supposed to help you with configuration, including help text. The dnsconf module is what you use to set up the server side of bind. Ask away. If it's really off-topic, email me privately. I'm sure there are bind-specific lists. You could try http://www.dejanews.com/ to search for newsgroup posts per your keywords. You should see the newsgroups from which the found items came from.
