Yes there is:
Start Linuxconf
Select "Control Files and Systems"
Select "Configure Linuxconf Modules"
In the first available field titled Module Path enter "dnsconf"
Be sure the box next to "This Module is Active" has an X in it.
That should do it for you. You'll find the DNS section under the
Networking section when you first start Linuxconf.
