Upgrade to 1.13r12 from ftp.solucorp.qc.ca/pub/linuxconf/devel/redhat-5.1.
If I remember, there was a flaw in the installation of linuxconf on redhat
5.1 and it was not properly registered in /etc/inetd.conf.
Anyway, quite a few valuable enhancements were made since 1.11.
