You can simply do this by installing a brand new file in 
/var/lib/conf.permission/ . If you're interested in getting one
(you can simply make one by hand, easily) through a slow link,
feel free to get it at

But I cannot do it simply by installing the file in /var/lib/conf.permission.
Each time I'd replace it in place of /usr/lib/linuxconf/std/perm/
for the reason I don't know why...
