When translating linuxdcpp, take care to provide translations for all the plural forms. If you don't provide them, msgfmt may fail for your translation and as a result the .mo file may not make its way into the build. Currently, the Romanian translation is failing due to this exact problem:
po/ro.po:7: nplurals = 3... po/ro.po:1366: ...but some messages have only 2 plural forms msgfmt: found 1 fatal error The ro.po file at that line looks like: #: linux/transfers.cc:563 #, boost-format msgid "%1% of %2% User" msgid_plural "%1% of %2% Users" msgstr[0] "%1% din %2% utilizator" msgstr[1] "%1% din %2% utilizatori" Since nplurals=3, there needs to be a msgstr[2] added to cover the missing plural form. There are probably other strings like this that also need to be changed. Let me know if you have any questions. -Steven
