Description changed to: Just thought if it's possible to make DC use local copy of some user's filelist instead of downloading every time new one. Sure local copy will get outdated in time, but you can check changes to file with i.e filesize or hash. This would save a lot of time and bandwidth when downloading folders, especiallty if the user has enormous list.
