It's because of the program type. DirectConnect technology is about high
speed connections between last users. But every connection make you file
owner computer slow. So there is a "slot" limit. And you can usr only
one slot a time. So nobody else can use slot you are using.
So just wait for another slot. Or choose another copy of file.
