We plan to provide release candidates once it gets closer to release.
But we cannot have a release until i18n support gets added. In the
meantime, you can try a recent binary compiled from trunk by visiting
our PPA:
https://launchpad.net/~linuxdcpp-team/+archive/ppa
If you need karmic or debian binaries I can try to upload those as well.
