Public bug reported:

I think I have found a bug.
I was watching transfers bar and found that one file transmitts again and
again. To a user which have already got some data in 10megabytes per second
during more than 5 minutes. The transfer was the same. It was restarting again
ngd again. I thing user got something like 10 GB of data while the file was
1,37.

Also I have noticed such problem using the client to download from
another user. Few months ago. The source client programm was linuxdcpp
(ver???). So was mine (1.0.2 or 1.0.3). The file was loaded for more
than 10 times. Then I deleted that file from the queue.

I have got "linuxdcpp_1.1.0-0ubuntu1~bzr337_amd64.deb" now. So I have noticed
the transmittion bug using the trunk version.

** Affects: linuxdcpp
     Importance: Undecided
