This is a bug in GTK+ itself affecting all select folder dialogs (file
selection dialogs work fine). See
https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=557689. As a workaround you
can disable the location entry box (Ctrl+L).

Bug description:
Binary package hint: linuxdcpp

In LinuxDC++ when saving a file - in saving dialog:
When I do not want to change folder, then "Open" button does not work in
save-dialog.
I must step to upper folder and then go to the same folder again,
then "Open" button works correctly and selects destination for the file..
