I added the ability to open links from web browsers and other apps by
registering LinuxDC++ as the default magnet URI handler. Since I don't
know how to do this portably, this change is only done for Debian based
systems. I tested it and it worked in Firefox, but for some reason it
did not in Epiphany.
Marking this bug as fix committed since I think all the magnet related
changes are just about done. Correct me if I'm wrong Razzloss.
