@Steven: Yeah, this is the same issue about loading the values when the
window is unmaximized and saving the values when the window is
maximized.

In this case, the transfer pane is anchored to the bottom edge. It would
work if we anchor it to the top edge, but instead of doing that, maybe
we should just briefly unmaximize the window before getting the
dimensions / positions?

After linuxdcpp restart transfer window size becomes a bit less than was at 
previous start.

- Steps to reproduce
1. Start linuxdcpp
2. Increase the size of a transfer window
3. Restart linuxdcpp

- Expected results
Transfer window size should be the same as before restart

- Actual results
Transfer window size becomes a bit less
