Yes, it happens when the unfinished dir is on different drive and with
<10Mb files only, because the filemover runs in a separate thread above
that filesize.

Bug description:
Using the "Add finished files to share instantly" will produce this error and
files will not be available before next auto refresh.
Guessing this came along with the segmented downloads.
