When downloading from multiple users, one user offline breaks the
download

Bug description:
OS: Windows XP SP3
DC++ Version: 0.707
Lnaguage: bulgarian
Preconditions:
1. Downloading a file from multiple users (3 in my case)
Actions:
1. One of the users goes offline
Expected behavior:
1. The file is downloaded from the remaining 2 users
Observed behavior:
1. The download stops with status "Waiting for slot"
2. In the downloads queue the status is "User offline"
Note: If we restart the download with the 2 remaining users, it
finishes OK
