Default hublist

Bug description:
I see that dchublist.com have added a new hypbrid list for ADC and
NMDC at http://dchublist.com/globalhublist.xml.bz2 which contains more
ADC then any other list. Since dchublist is the most complete and
reliable list with less fakes then anyone else is it possible to add
them as the default list in the client? The current list is full of
fakes and does not match up to dchublist.com. Thanks for ur time
