There's no such settting atm. You can file a bug report about it.
--> Second is - i can't see a r - version
You should compile from a bzr checkout or branch to get the revision
number added.
-> Third is - i can't ban a cid of the user only those who was
registered .... Unregistred user din't ban ...
If its really so then its a bug, report it to the bug tracker please.
--> whow to limitate messages in the chat and pm for example 5mes per 5
sec .... and what about anti advertizing script which scaned main chat
and pm....
For these you can use various ptokax bots through the adchpp-ptokax
interface ot the beta native guard script (will be released in the next
version of ADCH++, available at the developer's own branch,

For the chat allowment question read the documentation (
http://adchpp.sourceforge.net/guide.html ).
The rest need more information to see if they are bugs or configuration problem
etc. so ask them in the public DC development hub (
adcs://devpublic.adcportal.com:16591 )
And bext time, please create different post for each and every
question/bug report you have...
