Same ADC users logged into multiple hubs are not removed from various
GUI parts when they go offline

Bug description:
When same ADC users logged into multiple opened hubs, and they go offline in
some of them (but stay on in some of them) the caption of PM and filelist
windows' tabs are not reflecting the change, offline users are not removed from
these places. Its the same in the new hub selector combobox in the PM window as
well.
The attached patch is a possible solution of the problem.
