Title:
1+ monitor window restore position.

Bug description:
1. i have two 23'' monitor on my machine working at the same time
2. working application window is on a second[in windows "2" mean not "main"]
display
3. i close dc++
4. i start dc++ and it shows up on first["main"] monitor
Summary:
- dc++ needs multimonitor support
