Dialog and button margins are too small

Bug description:
I think DC++ UI could be improved a little if dialog sizes+margins would be
not so small. When you check any other applications, the margins are larger
between the
1) Dialog content (including buttons) and the border
2) Between buttons
and this makes them easier to use. For example, we have the "Settings" dialog
which is a large dialog, and we have three buttons crowded on a very small area
on the bottom right.
I hope this makes some sense for others than me too. To spot out easily what
I'm talking about, I collected three different dialogs with similar purposes
from DC++ and from a random other application and made a screenshot of them.
