Reconnect failed

Bug description:
BZR version 1392.
This morning got up and 2 hubs were disconnected. Reconnect failed via all
3 methods. (CTRL + R, Right click hub tab & reconnect, File dropdown &
reconnect).
Out of curiosity i tried reconnecting other hubs which were still connected.
6 of them went to disconnected and stayed there. 1 reconnected.
Then DC++ started using 100% CPU of 1 core, eating memory and became very
slow. :(
*Edit* Removed rare from Summary, as now 3 mornings out of 3 this has
happened.
