I assume that 'netstat -ant | grep 'portnumber'' will show the port in
TIME_WAIT state when this happens? Though Linuxdcpp shouldn't be
affected by this, are you using some other program in the same port?

Title:
  Intermittent: When opening, says unable to open TCP/TLS port, works
  after exiting and restarting

Status in Linux DC++:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Manual port forwarding. When running application, displays error
  "Unable to open TCP/TLS port. File transfers will not work correctly
  until the connection settings are adjusted or any application using
  the port is closed." Running "netstat -an | grep "LISTEN " " in
  terminal does not list my forwarded ports from DC++. Exiting
  application and restarting resolves this issue. Can only reproduce
  occasionally.

  Ubuntu 12.04 32-bit
  LinuxDC++ version: 1.1.0
  Core version: 0.75
